Londoner Campbell Recognizes Austin as the Us' Most Dynamic, Up-And-Coming Art City and Wants to Be Part of It's Future

March 2022

We are going to encounter a continued blurring of lines between traditional roles of art advisors, auction houses, gallery exhibitions and primary and secondary market sales. Advisors will host more pop-ups, as I plan on doing this year around the US, and specifically within Texas. Auctions will expand their gallery arms. Mega-galleries will collaborate to take large private collections away from auction houses. No doubt, the art world is in an interesting state of flux.

Meet Austin's newest power couple

January 2022

Meet Austin's newest power couple: 'Hypnotic' actress Kelly Frye and art consultant Nick Campbell.

Though soon-to-be-wed couple Kelly Frye and Nick Campbell are the definition of jet-setters—traveling all around the globe, from filming in New Orleans, living it up in Hollywood or hopping across the pond to Campbell’s English hometown—the pair has put down roots in Austin.

The “Secrets of Sulphur Springs” actress and international fine art consultant Campbell will tie the knot this week in Houston, Frye’s hometown, officially starting their new life together in the Lone Star State. Though the couple is looking to buy their own land in Austin, they are currently renting a home in the Travis Heights neighborhood while they navigate the red-hot real estate sphere.

Austin plays a starring role

January 2022

Austin plays a starring role in the life of actress Kelly Frye and her arts consultant fiancé.

When actress and Houston native Kelly Frye decided to attend a holiday party in London a little over two years ago, she didn’t expect to strike up a long-distance friendship with hot-shot British arts consultant Nick Campbell.

The friendship developed, despite COVID restrictions and lockdowns, and many transatlantic flights later, the couple is now engaged, planning a Texas wedding and living in the Austin neighborhood of Travis Heights with their dog, Monty. Austin welcomes another cool and dynamic couple ready to leave their mark on its creative scene.
